Developed and Implemented Music Business program over seeing 30 Music Business Majors identified internships partnering with Montford Business School and organizations to include; Vail Summer Music Festival, Breckenridge Summer Music Festival, Colorado Symphony, Gainer School of Music, Colorado Springs Conservatory, Greeley and Denver Recording Studios, Music Stores and numerous private music education non profit businesses

Instructed elementary through professional level students developing numerous All-State Band, All-State Jazz band and All-State Vocal Jazz Choir nominees. Past students have received full-tuition university scholarship, military band, appointments and many have become successful public school and college educators.

Air Force Academy College Orchestra, Cadet Choir, Cadet Drum and Bugle Corp.
Spearheaded mentorship program with cadet music ensembles provided lessons, master classes, music appreciation lectures and appeared as guest soloist in concert and on CD projects 1990 -2010.
